You use the Oracle BI presentation directory to store objects such as analyses, dashboards, and KPIs that you and other users create using Oracle BI EE. Users have their own folders (My Folders) where they can store the objects they create. Objects in a private folder can only be accessed by the user who created and saved the content in that folder. Users can add subfolders to their personal folders to organize their content in a way that makes the most sense for them.
